Android 10 and Above: You'll See an Important Screen

With the release of Android 10, you’ll need to allow permission to have reminders pop up when using other apps.
We’re excited to update Medisafe in support of support of Android 10 this week, and there’s something you need to know.
Along with backend improvements and ability to decrease the size of the app in coming releases, those on Android 10 will be shown a new screen asking for permission to send notifications. This is required by Android in the new release, and allows us to tell you that it’s time for your meds when you are using another app.
Otherwise, you’ll no longer receive pop-up notifications, just ones on your usual home screen notification list.
